He has been with RMS since 2001. Prior to joining RMS, he was a partner in a consulting firm in Bloomington, MN. Phil has been active in industry associations for many years.\u00a0 He has serviced on the boards of NARMS (National Association of Retail Marketing Services) and WARES (World Alliance for Retail Excellence and Standards).\u00a0 He is currently a board member of MSPA. Phil provides leadership for the company\u2019s long-term goals and resource allocation. Prior to RMS, Kati was with Target Corporation for over 18 years in various positions across the country.&nbsp; She oversaw multiple stores in both LA and the Chicagoland area.&nbsp; As President and COO, Kati is instrumental in the growth of RMS, the development of the leadership team, and running the day-to-day operations of the company. Kati also leads the team to execute the strategic vision of the company with continued focus on the growth of RMS, the client focused partnerships and the quality of service. Lindsey brings 10 years of experience in Human Resources to RMS as well as a bachelor\u2019s degree in Retail Merchandising and Management with a minor in Human Resources. In her role, Lindsey provides strategic direction and leadership for all HR programs including staffing, performance management, training, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement. Kelli started her career with RMS on the Client Services team before moving to Operations as the Operations Manager and most recently the Director of Operations. Now, as the Director of Client Services, Kelli provides strategic direction and leadership to the client services team with an emphasis on building solid client relationships and ensuring outstanding in-store execution. Prior to RMS, Kelli has experience in big box retail for 8 years. Her experience includes roles in store leadership, specializing in Operations and Logistics. Macie has almost 25 years of experience in financial roles within a variety of professional services industries for corporations ranging from small businesses with $5 million in revenue to large global businesses with over $4 billion in revenue.
