Retail sales are projected to increase by 7% in 2021<\/a>, compared to 2020. In\nfact, Target<\/a>\nhas said that they expect their current 300,000 employees will work more than 5\nmillion additional hours during the holidays. They\u2019ll also be hiring 100,000\nseasonal employees, though this is 30,000 fewer people than in previous years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
